$80/hr flat. 1-bedroom unpacking runs $640–$1,280 (1–2 days). 2-bedroom runs $1,280–$1,920 (2–3 days). 3-bedroom and larger start at $1,920 and scale with box count. Free on-site assessment before your move.

How fast can you unpack a 1-bedroom apartment?
Most 1-bedroom apartments are fully unpacked, organized, and box-free within 1 day (8–10 hours). A 2-bedroom usually takes 1.5–2 days. We can often do same-day service for urgent move-ins.
Do you also handle the packing before the move?
Yes. We offer full-service pre-move packing, including sourcing materials, systematic labeling, and fragile item protection. Most clients book packing and unpacking as a combined package.
Can you coordinate with the movers directly?
Absolutely. We often work directly with movers — directing boxes to the right rooms, overseeing loading and unloading, and communicating with the moving company on your behalf so you don't have to.
What if my new apartment isn't furnished yet?
We can coordinate furniture delivery and assembly alongside unpacking, or focus on unpacking what's arrived and returning for a second session once furniture is in place. Many clients find it easier to unpack in phases.
Do you remove all the empty boxes and packing paper?
Yes. Box and paper removal is included in every unpacking package. We break down boxes, bag up packing materials, and haul them away at the end of the job so you walk into a completely clean space.
Can you unpack while I'm at work?
Yes, with one important condition: we need a walkthrough first to align on your preferences (where you want plates, which closet is for what, etc.). After that, most clients leave us to work and come home to a finished space.
