Do I need to be home during the session?

Yes, at least for the decision-making portion. You'll need to answer questions about what to keep, donate, or discard. Most clients are actively involved for 2–4 hours of an 8-hour session.

What should I do to prepare for my organizing session?

Nothing. In fact, please don't 'pre-clean' — we need to see the space as it really is to design the right systems. Wear comfortable clothes and clear your schedule for the decision phase.

Do you bring containers and supplies?

We bring basic sorting supplies (bags, labels, a label maker). For custom containers, drawer dividers, and hangers, we recommend shopping after the decluttering phase so we only buy what you actually need. We handle all the sourcing.

What happens to the stuff I don't want to keep?

We sort into donate, discard, and sell piles. We handle donation drop-off at the end of most sessions (within reason). Large hauls may require a separate pickup or junk removal service.

Will the organization last, or will my home just get messy again?

That's our entire focus. We design systems that match your actual daily habits — not magazine-perfect systems that collapse the first week. We also offer optional 60- and 90-day follow-up sessions to reset anything that's drifted.
